my summer

my summer = Awesome.

the last you heard was at the end of June when i went up to Vermont with MICHELLEY BELLY!

then i went to Ivry (not Evorie or however i spelled it before. silly spelling) and hung out with my aunt Sarah and uncle james, who are So nice, and 2 and a half year old Catie and Tommy. They're absopositively adorable!. i love them to pieces. we had such a blast, and they're so cute.
i also hung out with Isabelle, who is my cousin's cousin, so like... my cousin-in-law?? i dunno, but she's cool

oh yeah, and then i went back to ottawa with my grandmother and brother, and decided to take up yoga. : ). i've done it a couple times since then ;-)

and Vanessa and i made up the SUPER coolest card game,. 13 Knives. it's not cultish and ritualistic at all..... ;) ;) ;) lol


we got back on july 20th or something like that, and we went to the cape for a few days and visited my cousin and her girlfriend. they're getting married next may. YAY!

and they gave me this COOL pilsburry doughboy, who when you squeeze him he goes "hehe he , hehehehe hee hee, heheheeeee". is that super-awesome, or what?

on the thirty first mi familia + i left for a cruise to Belize, two ports in mexico, and the caymon islands. mucho fun. the ship was HUMUNGOUS!!!! way more than i really needed. i would have been completely happy with just the soft-serve machine, but they also had a mini golf, rock climbing, an ICE SKATING RINK! it's CRAZZZZZY!!!!!!

as for the ports, they were really super awesome. went to some mayan ruins, and on a glass-bottom boat over a coral reef, and plus we went to this REALLY cool place in Grand Caymon called Stingray City. it's this sandbar, where the people would come and feed the stingrays, so the stingrays started living there, and now lots of tourist boats go out and visit it, and you can just stand there in perfectly blue really clear waste-deep water, and a bunch of stingrays swim around you, and we got to wear snorkle masks and go underwater and pet them. it was amazing


then in august for a couple of days i got to go visit SOFIFI!!!! in CAPE COD! her grandparents have a capehouse where she and her family were staying, and we went to the beach every day, and went to Kreme n Kone to get soft serve ice cream that comes in 24 flavors including Caramel and Cheesecake (which i so daringly tried), and it tasted like- guess what? CHEESECAKE!! hehehe lol go figure


that was oober awesome, and we went to p-town, and i bought the coolest hippest most in-style glasses you have ever seen in your LIFE. B-) i'm a cool dude

so that was really fun, and by the time i got back last sunday i was done with just about one and a half of our five summer reading books, so guess what i've been doing for the past week?

reading like MAD! whooooohoooo.... or not


yup. so pretty much every waking moment. talk about fun

but it's going pretty welll. i started grapes of wrath, which is actually a really long book. it's not actually that bad. at least i'm really learning a lot about the Dustbowl migration of the 1930's... i know pretty much absolutley Zilch about history so it's nice to get sort of a taste of the era... before pop culture was really affecting everyone and telling them how to look and who to be... or maybe not, i dunno, but so anywho been doing a lotttttt of Reading.
